Tom is a senior lawyer who initially joined Lennon Mazzeo in 2011 where he first worked as a paralegal and completed his training contract, before being admitted to practice in February 2014. He moved to London for the year of 2016 where he gained experience at two international firms before returning to Lennon Mazzeo Lawyers in March 2017, and has continued to work for Mazzeo Lawyers.

Prior to moving to London Tom volunteered at the HIV/AIDS Legal Centre for two years, where he advised vulnerable clients on a variety of issues.
Nick joined Lennon Mazzeo Lawyers as a Lawyer in 2015 and has continued to work for Mazzeo Lawyers. He has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, as well as providing legal advice across a broad range of areas. Nick also appears as an advocate in courts, tribunals and mediations.
Nick’s expertise includes:
- commercial dispute resolution and litigation;
- personal injury claims (WorkCover, TAC, Medical Negligence and Public Liability); and
- wills and estates, including disputes over wills.
Nick’s approach to disputes is pragmatic and strategic. Nick works with you and assists you in identifying acceptable outcomes, and to develop and execute an appropriate plan to achieve them.
Nick has also volunteered for several not for profit organisations, including advising the Environmental Defenders Office on risk allocation provisions of the Commonwealth Water Act and advising Cape York Communities on opportunities for them to participate in emerging domestic and international carbon markets.
Burhan is a passionate and well-rounded lawyer with diverse legal, government and corporate experience. Burhan completed a Bachelor of Laws in 2012 and was admitted to practice in 2013 after completing his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Prior to joining Mazzeo Lawyers, Burhan worked in a boutique general practice law firm, gaining experience and expertise in family, civil and criminal law matters. He has also worked at the Family Court of Australia and in the legal department of National Australia Bank.
During his studies, Burhan volunteered in the early intervention program at the Sunshine Youth Legal Centre to help educate young first time offenders on Victoria’s criminal law system.
Burhan’s practice now focuses primarily on family, personal injury and commercial law matters.

Maria is our Practice Manager who has been working in the legal industry for approximately 30 years.
Maria works in closely with Partners and all staff. Maria oversees and manages all aspects of our practice which includes management, accounts, information technology, marketing, legal compliance and office administration to ensure efficiency and consistency runs on a daily basis.
